BASIC FUNCTIONAL MODULES

    1. MANAGER (The management system)
    2. MANAGER is intended for controlling all the functional modules of the complex, distributing its functions, determining an operative condition of the complex and forming its statistical performances.

      MANAGER executes the following functions::

      • control of all program modules of information complexes, including BILLING, BANNER, NEWS, CONTRACT, TRADE, OFFICE, SEARCH, RELAX;
      • forming access of managers to control of appropriate sections' content;
      • the interface for input and adjusting information of any section;
      • control of databases of the complex;
      • system control of the menu of any screen of the complex;
      • guard from unauthorized access to administrative and accounting systems;
      • the system of notification of the executive of the complex about operations of managers in the administrative module via computer mail, a mobile telephone ( a pager);
      • determination of priorities and access rights among managers of the complex;
      • the monitoring system of fulfilment of the executive's orders for managers of the complex;
      • statistics (daily, weekly, monthly) of visitors of the complex with an analysis of visits by sections and sub-sections, by hours of day and days of the week, by domains and sub-domains;
      • forming reports on statistician with the above named periodicity and direction;
      • a possibility of constructing diagrams and graphs of any index of statistician in the dynamic of development of the complex for any arbitrary period of its operation;
      • subscription to news of MANAGER.

    3. OFFICE (THE VIRTUAL OFFICE)
    4. OFFICE is an individually set working place of a user (including corporate) of the complex.
      The feature of the module are multifunctionality, use of particular possibilities of the Internet for organizing control of business at any distance from the real office, and also all the advantages of the rest modules of the complex.

      OFFICE executes the following functions:

      • simulating an organization structure of an enterprise, hierarchy of its control, document circulation;
      • creating the structure of document circulation of an enterprise;
      • an assignment of access rights, functions of managers, organizing the system of assignment and monitoring the distribution of jobs;
      • the choice of used structural modules of the complex (BILLING, BANNER, NEWS, CONTRACT, TRADE, OFFICE, SEARCH, RELAX),
      • setting-up functional instruments of individual jobs (an address book, an auto secretary, an ¤rganizer, filing, bookmarks etc.),
      • setting-up the subject environment (subscriptions to dispatches of the complex and the Internet);
      • interdependent use of the computer mail, voice service, fax, pager, mobile telephone;
      • organizing meetings, intra-corporate bulletin boards, seminars.

    5. BILLING (the accounting system of the complex)
    6. BILLING is intended for support of accounts with clients for paid services of the complex.
      The distinctive feature of the module is the transparency of all transactions both of the user in relation to the complex and the complex in relation to the user, and also a possibility of applying the given billing system for the corporate user.

      BILLING executes the following functions:

      • security of duties of the user, manager and executive;
      • registration of users, their bank (accounting) service;
      • a possibility of replenishment the account of the user through credit cards, remittance, importation of money resources in the cash department of the controlling company of the complex;
      • the function of the corporate user (two levels of hierarchy) and determination of rights of using services by the general user;
      • two types of corporate accounts: common (all the money concentrates on the sub-account of the manager) and disjointed (the manager arranges money among users of the corporate account);
      • support of the database of all transactions of the user and granting him any reference information about his operations during the work with the complex;
      • statistician of the user and his subordinates (for the corporate user);
      • notification of users about a minimum residual of money resources and a necessity of replenishment the account, about unauthorized attempts of subordinates to use services of the complex;
      • rendering a report about expending money resources (weekly, monthly, on any arbitrary date (period)).

    7. TRADE (The trade system (TS))
    8. TRADE is a trade site of information complexes.
      The feature of the module is TS can be both general-purpose, and highly specialized for the concrete market. Three types of site are used - Trade system, Auction, Show-window. The module offers the infrastructure for the complete cycle of a commercial bargain, starting with a determination of an optimal partner, ending with drawing up a parcel of documents, services of insurance, banking, transportation, the virtual office.

      TRADE executes the following functions:

      • registration of participants of the trade system, interaction with the accounting system of the complex BILLING on payment of the lease of the trade system;
      • architecture of the database of supplies and demands, searching goods (for sale, for purchase);
      • estimation of an offer (comparability of prices of the market to the price of the offer - marketing);
      • instruments for execution of technological accounts and estimation of efficiency of the bargain;
      • establishment of contact with a contractor under the bargain;
      • drawing up documents of the bargain (a preliminary agreement, a contract of purchase);
      • expertise (legal) of the contractual documentation;
      • signing an agreement (in our case with the help of EDS) and safety control of its transportation to participants of the bargain and storage in the virtual office of the complex;
      • guarantee of fulfilment of the bargain (an agreement of delivery, transportation of freight);
      • organizing insurance of the bargain;
      • providing financial, bank security of the bargain (payments, crediting, factoring);
      • audit (monitoring the execution of a bargain) - before signing the acceptance report of execution of operations (delivery of goods);
      • preparing reports about trade sessions on aspects of production, temporary cuts;
      • supporting statistician of price parameters of bargains on aspects of sold production and granted services.

    9. SEARCH (The registration-retrieval system of the complex)
    10. SEARCH is intended for fast searching necessary items of information both inside the complex and among Web-resources. The distinctive feature of the module is an availability of the open registration system of the Internet resources, and also a possibility of controlling the structure of subject Internet - resources by the manager of the complex.

      SEARCH executes the following functions:

      • it has two duties - searching by resources of the Internet and searching by knowledge bases and data of the complex;
      • searching is carried out by keywords, set expressions, a map of the complex;
      • to have its own news function, as part of the common on the complex;
      • start from any screen of the complex;
      • forming the manager's report about enquires, most frequently meeting words, expressions.

    11. BUSINESS-MAP (THE BUSINESS - MAP)
    12. BUSINESS-MAP is a general-purpose or branch database of enterprises, organizations, establishments.

      BUSINESS-MAP executes the following functions:

      • to shape the subject and territorial rubricators;
      • a possibility of an automatic input of detailed data about an enterprise into an appropriate section;
      • to realize searching context, by form of activity, by a territorial sign;
      • a possibility of removal and amendment of input items of information;
        to grant statistician on different signs.

    13. NEWS (Subscription to news)
    14. NEWS is intended for architecture of operating news of the complex and subject sections, and also for operation of the system of subscription to this news.
      The feature of the module is an automation of the process of inputting news, archiving in a given time interval, and also a convenient service on subscription to news of different subject sections, and also paid resources of the complex.

      NEWS executes the following functions:

      • organizing subscription to news of the complex, its separate sections, to special subscriptions;
      • automatic forming news of the system by results of managers' operation of sections and special subscriptions;
      • connection with the accounting system BILLING in case of paid subscriptions;
      • dispatch of news to subscribers;
      • monitoring the repeated subscription to news;
      • a possibility of arranging advertising of the complex in dispatches;
        reports on results of dispatches on each user (subscriber), notification of the manager of the section SUBSCRIPTION about the return of dispatches, their non receipt by the user.

    15. CONTRACT (the generator of agreements)
    16. CONTRACT is the generator of agreements of the complex. The feature of the module is its independent value as an information resource and knowledge base in the field of the contract law and part of the trade system of the complex TRADE in the plan of documentary drawing up bargains.

      CONTRACT executes the following functions::

      • forming the database and knowledge base in the field of the contract law, maintaining their urgency;
      • forming agreements on essential conditions of the bargain, features and experience of operation of the user;
      • realizing a storage of agreements, their dispatch to partners, realizing access to them depending on the determined by the user priorities and a level of access to information;
      • security of an electronic signature of agreements;
      • safety control of the system during information communications to partners of the user;
      • organizing interaction with the trade TRADE and accounting BILLING systems of the complex;
      • to grant statistician by different signs.

    17. BANNER (the banner system of the complex)
    18. BANNER is the basic advertising site of the complex.
      The feature of the module is an availability of separate banner subsystems, both internal and external, for different modules of the complex, and also use of different types of banners.

      BANNER executes the following functions:

      • duties - for the user (customer), the manager of the banner system, the executive of the complex;
      • each section of the complex is controlled independently, therefore a local (internal), static (internal) and external banner systems (for example, Rambler) or its own, for example InterNevod, can be installed on it;
      • the amount of installed (controlled) banner systems is not restricted and there is a possibility of their adding by the executive or managers through the WEB-INTERFACE;
      • the internal accounting system for the user, but linked with the accounting system of the complex, its part;
      • interchanging banners with other banner systems;
      • targeting is the control of arranging banners in the complex (by sections, sub-sections, days of the week and hours);
      • reports on efficiency of arranging banners on days of the week, hours of the day, domains and sub-domains;
      • a possibility of ordering the production of banners;
      • a cession of control rights of arranging banners from the user to the manager of the banner system with a possibility of controlling the overall performance;
      • daily, weekly and a rating of banners for all the time of existence of the complex;
      • the banner system's own news (as part of the general news system), a possibility of subscription to news of the system;
      • the banner shop for interchanging and sale of "shows" by clients of the banner system.

      10. BUTTON

      BUTTON (the example is - here) is a ruler of buttons. This is one of the advertising techniques of WWW. The Internevod.com basically uses the button size 88x31 which align horizontal or vertical blocks. The buttons are static (for the period of the arrangement) references to Internet-resources. Their attraction is explained by more often displays in comparison with banners (at every call on a web-page) and by constant presence on this or that page of a site.

      BUTTON executes the following functions:

      • advertising resources of the complex;
      • advertising resources of the partners by interchanging buttons;
      • advertising resources of the customers by paid arrangement;
      • managers of the complex have the horizontal and vertical buttons blocks management web-interface, they can add/delete buttons from the site or its pages and block the buttons or blocks display;
      • the automatic control of finding buttons on sites of the partners.

    19. RELAX (Entertainment)
    20. RELAX - humour, games, photogallery
      The distinctive feature of the module are Flash-games of our own development, an original section of jokes and the subject system PostCard (congratulatory cards).

      RELAX should execute the following functions:

      • - to contain sections of jokes, funny things, games, photogallery, congratulatory cards.
      • a possibility to add (to delete, to correct) new information;
      • to realize a subscription to news of the sub-sections.
